Nickname Guideline No.5

I feel like we should have a vote weather to keep or not keep nickname guideline no.5 its not being followed whatsoever and it seams pointless to have nicknames if you can’t even have a nickname instead just a shortened name. For example Nightshade couldnt change one letter of his name before because of the rule , which in my opinion is a bit stupid.
