PlotMe + name changes

Summary of bug

When owning a plot if you change your name you can still do /p h to tp to your plot and edit it, but you cannot do /p add /p deny etc etc etc.

Why I think this happens

I believe this happens because plotme runs of usernames not uuid’s, if plotme ran of uuid’s this would not be a problem as BitByte and Nightshade32 or any other name changes would be seen as the same person by Plot me (dont quote me on this I’m not 100% sure)

Fixing the bug

I think this could be fixed numerous ways. Some I can think of off the top of my head would be changing the plotme code or waiting for a new version of plotme and manually changing plots.
